When 2 flowers becomes 1..

The Pretty Poinsettia Bauble is by far the quickest add on pattern we have created. In matter of minutes you’ll have turn them into these whimsical Scandinavian chic ornaments ready to be added to your tree or be used as window decorations.

And did you hear the best? It’s only 1 rnd & one type of stitch!

Did we say that it’s a quick make?!

Whoop whoop.

What you'll need

This is a perfect scrap yarn project as you only need a small amount of yarn. Feel free to play around with yarn weight and fibre for different sizes and effects.

For the flower; we used small amounts of Julie in 3 shades by Falkgarn, a 100% cotton yarn:

Yarn A: Light Yellow

Yarn B: matte plum

Yarn C: foggy green

We used colour C (foggy green) for this add on continuation.

You’ll also need a 4 mm hook, an 15 cm thread to hang your flower with, a scissor and a darning needle.

And last but not least; you’ll of course need 2 Pretty Poinsettias (click here for the pattern).

Note! We always use US-terminology for our patterns.

The Pattern

Work your 2nd flower up until the last stitch but instead of fastening off; you’ll now be crocheting a 10th row.

Round 10.

With your 2 Pretty Poinsettias placed back to back; crochet through both flowers:

BLO sl st; til end

– Approximately 68 BLO sl sts
