rnd 1 – make a magic circle and start with a standing stitch
[3dc, ch3] x4, close with a slst in the first dc
– 12 dc, 4 ch3-sp
rnd 2 – slst back into the ch3-sp on the right and start with a standing stitch
[dc, ch1], skip the next 3 sts, *[3 dc, ch3, 3 dc in the ch3-sp], ch 1, skip the next 3 sts; rep from * til end, omitting the last dc and ch1, close with a slst in the first dc
– 24 dc, 4 ch3-sps, 4 ch1-sps
rnd 3 – slst into the next ch1-sp and start with a standing st
*[3 dc, ch3, 3 dc in the ch3-sp], ch 1, skip the next 3 sts; rep from * til end, close with a slst in the first dc
