QUICK CLICK

For the first part; we are going to create the center of the front piece which consists of 25 medallions that are joined together as we go.

We suggest that you cut the thread after finishing each round 4 (on all rows) and close with an invisible join to the second stitch for the neatest finish.

You can choose to either do as we have and work them up as you go; or make all 25 medallions (until rnd 3) first and then begin the joining (starting with rnd 4a respectively 4b).

The Medallions

To begin

Work in a spiral! Mark the first stitch with a stitch marker or a small piece of yarn to keep track.

Make your slip knot about 15 cm in on your thread so that you can use it to sew together any gaps that might occur after round 2:s increases.

.
This evening I want to pop in and say thank you. Simple as that, nothing more nothing less. 💛
.
All I have done (and probably will do) wouldn’t be half as fun if it wasn’t for this amazing community of supporting and wonderful people here on this social platform.
.
Each and every cheer you on; I carry with me close to my heart and use in all the work I do. 💖 Thank you.

The first shipment of books are scheduled to arrive tomorrow at lunch and I couldn’t be more excited! Thank you postman Sören for calling in advance as he know I have expected these all week. 😁
.
With this, we totally have work cut out for us next week. Gonna be signing, wrapping and singing all Monday to Tuesday to then have all the books shipped; to all who have placed an order before this very Sunday.
.
We are gonna have such a book packing party! 🎉 And with we I mean me and my husband whom I’ve totally bribed with panna cotta..
All fair right?! 💛🧡❤️
.
Oh and we only have about 7 books left (could be less, need to check the stock) so if you want to make sure to get yours out next week: please place your order before Sunday! 😃✨ I do have ordered a smaller additional shipment to make sure I’ll have a some for future things and orders to come too. 😄
.
Have a wonderful day and see you tomorrow for the release and premiere of the SiS Vlog on YouTube! I will be sharing and showing about the book, current projects and a little island nature of course. 🌾
.
Until then..

This morning could not have started any better: I overslept BUT since I’m working from home; I made it in time AND had breakfast in only just 10 minutes. Win!
.
Today I plan to begin recording the June tutorial that is coming out next Friday (5/6). The last tutorials has been so much fun: I just love seeing all your colorful #poparoundtheplate coasters and #bloomingbauble makes. 💕
.
This month tutorial will also make the starting point for a new launch and I cannot wait to share it with you!! Curious? Oh I have one more surprise to you...
.
Ready?! On Friday I will release the first SistersInStitch vlog episode on our YouTube channel!! 🥳🥳🥳
.
It has been a long time coming. I’ve missed hosting the #sipstitchlive and the #sipstitchpodcast so so much and am now finally ready to take it to the next step and start vlogging again. So stay tuned and I’ll tell you more about it, next months tutorial and the launch of something really exciting that includes anyone who are curious on beginning to design or just want to do something crochet fun with a friend or two! 😉🧡💛❤️
.
Oh and if you have a suggestion for the vlog name: please let me know below. Leaning towards keeping it simple with either the Sip Stitch Vlog or the SistersInStitch Vlog; but are totally open for new creative ideas!! 😃
.
Have a wonderful day and speak soon!
